Core densities ranging from 50–128 kg/m³, with customizable cell sizes (3mm to 12 mm) and thicknesses (5mm to 75 mm), provide unmatched stiffness-to-weight performance for mission-critical aerospace parts including wing skins, bulkheads, and aerostructures.
The lightweight core reduces mass, enhancing flight efficiency and payload capacity.
EMI / RF Shielding
Reflecting over 90% of RF to mm-wave signals, EcoEarth honeycomb panels can be configured as a waveguide beyond cutoff, offering continuous EMI protection for avionics and defense systems.Optional fillers and specialty coatings can absorb frequency-specific bands which are ideal for radomes, antenna housings, UAV modules, and secure communications electronics.
Fire & Thermal Resistance
With inherent non-combustibility, low smoke /toxicity emissions, and a stable thermal range of –55°C to +80°C, these cores support global fire safety requirements. This makes them suitable for aircraft interiors, missile housings, field shelters, and other temperature-sensitive systems.
